Distilled at Tomintoul Distillery 
Aged for 7 years. Finished in an Oloroso cask and bottled at 50%, 
keeping its natural colour and without chill filtration

Nose 
Ripe red fruits, Dried figs, Cream-Brule', Vanilla, Dried apricots, Heavy yet gentle.
Palate
Full-bodied and heavy, Bitterness, burnt caramel, Wet wood, Tannins.
Finish
Very Long and powerful. Bitterness, Un-sweetened cold coffee, Wet wood, a little lactic, and some maple sweetness appear at a later stage
