Pallet: Jam on burnt toast, water chestnuts wrapped in bacon in the oven, blackberries. And in conclusion - feeling like a meal in a Michelin restaurant
Finish: Very long and very balanced - subtle bitterness, clean and strong smoke, wood, pleasant sweetness
