Nose: Apple Strudel. Ripe yellow apples. Icing sugar. white pepper. A hint of clove. Limestone and Mineral note. wheat. Gentle sourness. Herbal. Green. Fennel.
At a later stage- leather and stable notes.
Pallet: Very clean and dry smoke. bitter chocolate. brown butter. peanut butter. Black pepper. Clove
Finish: Very long yet gentle. little sweetness, sour and very bitter. Sea notes.
