Nose: 
Starts with gunpowder, joined by notes of pickled cucumber, pickled green tomato, sea salt, sardines (in a good way), black pepper
Palate:
Peanuts, salt, lemon, a little sulfur
Finish:
Spicy smoke from the sardine pan, lemon, salt, a touch of chili. Almost no bitterness.
