Jasmin, camomile, cold herbal infusion, green tea, a bouquet of fresh herbs, green lemon, light grey rocks, 
Palate
the yellow part of lemon peal, un-cooked lamb fat, after water- a lot of citrus notes, white pepper
Finish
Long and stable, a balance of the bitterness, sourness and sweetness of a big winter lemon.
