Distilled at Milk & Honey Distillery from a 40ppm peated barley.
This whisky was aged for 18 months in first fill PX hogshead and then re-racked into 2 ex-Islay quarter casks for another 18 months- aging for a total of 3 years.
It was bottled at a cask strength of 64.4% keeping its natural colour without chill-filtration.
The bottle includes two 24ml samples to demonstrate the evolvement of the spirit:
> A New Make spirit at 64.5% abv
> A Half Way spirit from the re-racking day at 63.7% abv
