A dive into the rabbit hole- Cardamon. allspice, honey, greed pulm sourness, green grapes, Tamagoyaki, Edible wild mushrooms, oregano
Finish
Long. Dry, very gentle, a little salt, a little sweet, a pinch of bitterness, green plum sourness
 
Board final word: High ABV desert wine- Do not add water
