This whisky was aged in abuorbon cask (number 801513) for 12 years

and was bottled on 24/2/2020 at cask strength of 57.2%

keeping its natural colour without chill filteration.



Typical Speyside fresh bourbon– light, straw, honey.


Sweet cheese Danish with baked sugar frosting, banana puree, mild chilli pepper, clove.


Lactic, the Sweet cheese Danish, sponge cake with jelly. Cookies with sweet red berries jam.


Explodes throughout the mouth and keeps evolving. Spiced sweet alcoholic baba-rum cake, lemon and orange zest.
