Distilled at Milk & Honey DistilleryThis whisky was aged in an Ex-Islay cask for 3 years and then re-racked into a 2nd fill ex-bourbon octave for another full year

It was bottled at a cask strength of 66.6% keeping its natural colour without chill-filtration. 

The result feels much more mature than its actual age- the whisky is well balanced and full of carecter.
