This whisky was aged in a buorbon cask (number 7707) for 10 years and was bottled on 24/2/2020 at cask strength of 66.6% keeping its natural colour without chill filteration
Dark soil, warm spices like cinnamon and clove, dried fruits, salted caramel flambé.
Comforting worminess, a little burned melted lemon-caramel candy. Cinnamon, nutmeg. Flavours of brown and red
Feels like mid-winter-, long and fulfilling. Red and black berries (the whole lot), river mint, brazil nuts, red sweet and sour snow-white’s apple.
