Nose: Fresh garden flowers, iron, dried cranberies, salt, yiest, wet wood.
 
Palet:  salt, mayple syrup, red apples, rolled pancake- stuffed withsoft white chees and sultanas
 
Finish: Long and full. Mayple, salt, almonds bitterness, green almonds
