Yeast. White wine, muscat grapes, olives, white mushrooms, green almonds, mold, fruit Compote with green grapes, peach and apples (and with no added sugar), clove, nutmeg

Wet wood, dryness, green plums, yellow dates.
Finish
Wood bitterness. peach, dates, almonds
